Shipping Information

Delivery Information

All of our orders are shipped using a fully registered courier service. Delivery takes place Monday to Friday (excl. Bank/Public holidays). We ship within Ireland, the UK and mainland Europe. All orders require a contact phone number for the delivery address.

Standard Delivery Charges:

  • Ireland: Free for orders over €250. €10 for orders under €250.
  • Mainland EU: Free for orders over €500. €25 for orders under €500.
  • UK: Free for orders over €250 with a maximum weight of 5kg. €25 for orders under €250. Subject to a maximum order weight of 5kg. Please contact us to discuss delivery of larger orders. 

Shipping Disclaimer: All of our parcels are sent via a 3rd party registered courier service to ensure prompt and convenient delivery and all parcels are fully insured and tracked. While we endeavour to ensure that all parcels are delivered within the specified time frame, The Listening Suite can not be held responsible for delays due to adverse weather conditions or other courier/technical related issues outside of our control.

Shipping Times

We aim to deliver your order within 2 - 5 working days for Ireland, 5 - 10 working days for the EU and UK with a maximum delivery time of 30 days. We will notify you if for any reason we cannot meet these targets and at this point you will have the opportunity to cancel your order if you wish to. Due to COVID-19 and Brexit delivery times may vary.


Returns must be sent or returned in person to The Listening Suite store address as displayed on our contact page. Returns can only be authorised under the following conditions:

  • 14 day cooling off period.
  • Item(s) received damaged or faulty.
  • The wrong item(s) delivered.
  • Customer special order. As per below.

Items must be returned unused in original packing with tags still intact. 

Please Note: Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on Headphones for hygiene reasons.

14 day cooling off period:

During this period you may simply decide to cancel and return your order (in full or partial) for a refund. The cooling off period lasts for 14 days from receipt of the items and items not returned within 14 days can not be refunded under the cooling off period. 

*Important: Please note that under the cooling off period, items must be returned unused in original packaging with tags still intact and fit for resale. Once the items have been returned and fully inspected a refund can be authorised.

NOTE: A refund for the price of the goods (less shipping costs) will be issued within 14 days from when the items have been returned. If the initial order value qualified for Free shipping or the returned item reduces the total order value below the Free shipping limit then a refund - less the cost of Shipping will be issued.

We highly recommend returning items via a registered service as The Listening Suite can not be held responsible for a returned item that is lost or damaged in transit. Customer assumes full responsibility for returning the items including all shipping costs incurred. 

Damaged or Faulty Goods:

We take great care to ensure that your items are packed carefully to arrive in perfect original condition, however in the unlikely event that your items arrive damaged or with a fault, we can accept returns providing they are returned within 14 days of receipt.

Please note: This does not include damage or faults caused by misuse of the item(s) or failure to follow correct installation or setup instructions.

In the event that you have received your items damaged or with a fault, we will endeavour to either repair or replace the items. If this is not possible or the items are no longer available then a full refund will be offered.

Wrong Item(s) delivered:

If the wrong items have been shipped to your address, we will have them collected and replaced as soon as possible. If the items you ordered are no longer available, an alternative product or full refund will be offered.

Goods ordered in Error or Customer Special Order:

We will not accept Goods ordered in error, goods found to be unsuitable or incompatible with their intended application, non-stocking items that have been specially ordered for you unless our supplier will accept them back into their stock. In any case we follow normal industry practice in making a 20% handling charge for all authorised returns. Goods are not sold on a trial basis. Customers should check product specifications and the compatibility of it with other manufacturers' equipment before ordering. The Listening Suite does not warrant the suitability and compatibility of goods for specific applications. 

If we agree to accept an item for return or refund under these circumstances that product must be returned in its original and undamaged packaging, complete (including manuals) and in 'as new' condition. No refund or credit will be issued unless the product conforms to these conditions. If a refund is authorised it will be made via the same payment method as you used to pay us.
