Building on 40 years of Chord Company’s AV signal expertise, the EE1 Plus introduces improvements in noise reduction from lessons learned since the original EE1 debuted.
It discreetly fits between Ethernet cables in A/V streaming systems, eliminating the network noise often generated by household devices, without hindering digital signals; although digital signals are generally robust, they are often accompanied by a degree of noise.
The EE1 Plus’s passive design converts unwanted noise into heat, ensuring digital data quality remains unaffected. It features galvanic isolation, targeted common-mode filtering, and Chord Company’s proprietary ARAY technology.
Noise reduction can be achieved in various configurations: between a data switch and a streamer/server, a server and a streamer, or a router and a data switch. Further reduction can be attained by using additional devices, for example, between a router and a data switch, and between the switch and a streamer.
Manufactured from precision-machined aluminium and featuring two premium decoupled isolation feet, the EE1 Plus is engineered for superior performance in AV playback systems. Its compact design makes installation straightforward.
English Electric products are covered by a 24-month warranty from the initial date of purchase, covering defective materials and workmanship.
